Responsibilities

• Create architectural designs and layouts using Vectorworks software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings and documentation.
• Produce 3D Models and Renderings.
• Conduct site visits and gather necessary data for design purposes.
• Ensure adherence to project requirements, U.S building codes, and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Vectorworks software with demonstrated experience in architectural design and documentation.
• Previous experience working on residential and commercial projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.
• Knowledge of architectural standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Portfolio showcasing previous architectural design work.
