About the role

• This is a full-time remote role for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing client needs, and ensuring satisfaction. This role includes acting as a key point of contact for clients, managing communication, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing solutions to enhance client partnerships. • Experience in account management, client support, and customer success
• Proficiency in analyzing business needs, identifying growth opportunities, and proposing appropriate solutions
• Effective collaboration and coordination skills to work across internal teams and departments
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Capacity to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Knowledge or experience in healthcare systems, SaaS, or related technology industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
