Arc of Onondaga is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Develop and maintain individualized care and treatment plans.

• Monitor medication administration and ensure accurate documentation and appropriate follow-up.

• Train and support direct-care staff in safe medication administration.

• Coordinate healthcare services, medical appointments, and follow-up care.

• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare providers, families, individuals, and support staff.

• Advocate for the health, dignity, independence, and quality of life of the people we support.

• Manage and maintain a consistent caseload while providing responsive, high-quality nursing support.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an RN who is passionate about making a meaningful, long-term difference in the lives of others and who brings:

• A degree in Nursing

• Current New York State RN licensure

• Current CPR certification

• A valid New York State driver's license

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality care

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• A compassionate, person-centered approach to care

• The ability to collaborate effectively with individuals, families, healthcare providers, and support staff
