We are seeking a high-impact Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead our Mountain & Western Regions, driving growth and providing strategic mentorship to our franchise partners as they build life-changing businesses.

Role Highlights:

  •  Lead performance and growth across the Western US, establishing a dominant brand presence and building robust regional referral networks.
  • Partner with our dedicated Launch Team to bring new locations live, providing the coaching necessary to hit aggressive first-year revenue and run-rate targets.

 

Franchise Coaching & Business Performance:

  • Serve as the lead advisor for franchise owners across multiple states, conducting regular business reviews to assess financial health and operational execution.
  • Guide franchisees in building strong management teams and effective organizational structures to support scaling.
  • Support franchisees in developing and executing critical recruiting, retention, and workforce planning strategies.
  • Proactively identify performance gaps and implement tailored coaching plans to improve bottom-line results.

 

What Success Looks Like:

  • Franchisees consistently reach or exceed first-year revenue and run-rate targets.
  • Year-over-year growth across the territory meets or exceeds system benchmarks.
  • Franchise owners demonstrate increased leadership capability, operational confidence, and stronger local market influence.
  • Regional referral relationships and brand visibility expand across key metro markets.

 

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of multi-state leadership in Home Care, Home Health, or Senior Care.
  • Demonstrated experience scaling new locations.
  • Proven success coaching business owners, franchisees, or multi-unit operators.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive KPI achievement, revenue growth, and operational performance.
  • Exceptional communication and consultative coaching skills.
  • Remote work with the ability to travel 25%+ across the Mountain and Western regions and periodically to our New York Headquarters for meetings.
