As a React Developer at Aspire, you will be responsible for building modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js. You will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver scalable user interfaces while following modern front-end development standards and Agile best practices.
What You'll Do
- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for scalable applications.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform designs into high-quality user experiences.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, speed, and scalability.
- Integrate front-end components with RESTful backend APIs.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI issues, performance bottlenecks, and browser compatibility problems.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end best practices and coding standards.
- Maintain technical documentation for developed components and features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in front-end development.
- Strong experience with React.js and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux or Context API.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.
- Experience using Git and working in Agile development environments.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO / SOC or similar.
