Quality & Compliance Manager

We are seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager to lead product quality, testing, compliance, and supplier quality initiatives across our fashion jewelry portfolio. This role will establish and manage quality standards, testing programs, compliance processes, and factory quality requirements to ensure products meet company, regulatory, and customer expectations.   Key Responsibilities   Quality Assurance & Testing • Develop and manage the company's quality assurance and product testing program. • Establish product quality standards, testing protocols, specifications, and acceptance criteria. • Coordinate testing with domestic and international laboratories. • Review test reports, communicate findings, and drive corrective actions as needed. • Maintain testing, certification, and compliance documentation.   Product Compliance • Ensure compliance with applicable jewelry regulations, industry standards, and FTC requirements. • Review product descriptions, labeling, packaging, and product claims for accuracy and compliance. • Monitor regulatory developments and recommend necessary process updates.   Materials & Product Evaluation • Research and evaluate new materials, stones, finishes, and components for product development. • Coordinate prototype and material testing and provide recommendations for commercial use. • Maintain approved material and supplier specifications.   Supplier & Factory Quality • Establish quality requirements and inspection standards for suppliers and manufacturing partners. • Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. • Support supplier onboarding, factory audits, and production quality initiatives. • Partner with suppliers and internal teams to improve product quality and consistency.   Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with Product Development, Design, Sourcing, and Vendor Management teams throughout the product lifecycle. • Ensure quality and compliance requirements are incorporated into product development and production processes.   Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, product testing, or supplier quality. • Experience with jewelry, accessories, consumer products, or similar categories preferred. • Knowledge of laboratory testing, product compliance, and supplier quality processes. • Experience working with overseas manufacturers and testing laboratories. • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
