Job Opening: QA Supervisor

Location: South Africa (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM EST)

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced QA Supervisor based in South Africa to support a U.S.-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) healthcare provider.

The role will oversee quality assurance processes and the QA team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, productivity, and adherence to client standards. Direct ABA experience is advantageous but not essential for candidates with strong healthcare or BPO quality assurance experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the QA team.
• Conduct and oversee quality audits.
• Monitor quality scores, productivity, KPIs, and turnaround times.
• Review healthcare documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify recurring errors, trends, and process gaps.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action plans.
• Prepare QA reports and communicate findings to management.
• Maintain QA scorecards, audit trackers, and quality standards.
• Support training and continuous process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, confidentiality, and HIPAA standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years' QA, auditing, compliance, or quality control experience.
• 2+ years' supervisory/team leadership experience.
• Healthcare, medical administration, insurance, or BPO experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing QA KPIs, audits, scorecards, and team performance.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience with U.S. healthcare, ABA, CentralReach, HIPAA, medical insurance, or clinical documentation is advantageous.
• Must be able to work U.S. hours from South Africa.

Ideal Candidate

An experienced QA Supervisor or QA Team Leader from a South African BPO or healthcare environment who can manage a team, maintain quality standards, identify performance gaps, and support a U.S.-based healthcare client.
