Role Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and consulting-driven QA/QE Market Lead to drive AI-First Quality Engineering transformation initiatives across enterprise clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership experience in modern Quality Engineering, AI-led QE transformation, market expansion, consulting, and enterprise stakeholder engagement.
This role will focus on embedding AI and Agentic AI capabilities across the Quality Engineering lifecycle — from requirement intelligence to automation, observability, TestOps modernization, release risk forecasting, and AI-native QE operating models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AI-First Quality Engineering transformation initiatives for enterprise customers.
- Drive consulting-led client engagements with CIOs, CTOs, Digital, and Engineering leaders.
- Build and expand QE market strategy, GTM initiatives, and AI-native QE capabilities.
- Modernize traditional QA organizations into AI-driven Quality Engineering operating models.
- Lead enterprise TestOps transformation, intelligent automation, and observability initiatives.
- Define product-centric quality engineering strategies aligned with business outcomes.
- Build AI-ready QE talent ecosystems and capability development programs.
- Drive revenue growth, practice expansion, and P&L ownership for QE services.
- Partner with delivery, sales, and engineering leadership teams to accelerate market adoption.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in AI-led Quality Engineering and QE transformation.
- Experience with Agentic AI, intelligent automation, TestOps, release intelligence, and observability.
- Strong consulting and advisory capabilities with executive stakeholder management experience.
- Proven experience in GTM strategy, practice leadership, and market expansion.
- Deep understanding of enterprise QA modernization and AI-native QE operating models.
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship management capabilities.
