Tasks

We are looking for a QA Engineer to contribute to the full lifecycle of quality as part of our team, helping ensure the reliability, usability, and quality of our web-based fintech platform.

This role combines hands-on functional testing, feature validation, and maintaining quality across product releases, supported by automated E2E testing. You will also leverage modern AI tooling to streamline testing workflows, improve documentation, and increase overall productivity.

What You’ll Do

• Requirements & Test Design: Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into clear test scenarios and test cases
• Test Execution: Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and end-to-end testing
• Defect Management: Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, expected/actual results, logs, and evidence
• Reporting & Innovation: Track QA KPIs to provide regular product health updates while proactively integrating AI tooling to improve workflow efficiency
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between developers and product experts, mastering complex fintech business domains to ensure requirements are met from both a technical and user perspective

Requirements

What You Bring

Technical Expertise

• Proficient in browser debugging (Console/Network) and log analysis (via GCP)
• Experience with API testing including the validation of RESTful services
• Hands-on knowledge of non-functional testing, including performance and load testing
• Working knowledge of NoSQL (e.g. Mongo DB) for data verification
• Solid command of GitLab, including branching strategies and CI/CD pipeline integration
• Familiarity with E2E test automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright, TypeScript)
• Comfortable using AI tools to assist in test design, script generation, and troubleshooting

Testing & Quality Mindset

• Strong emphasis and proven track record in hands-on manual, feature, regression, smoke, and migration testing
• Experience managing test case databases and knowledge base maintenance
• Proven ability to proactively identify, reproduce, and clearly document defects
