About the Role

We are hiring a QA Engineer for our client, a growing North American product company building an AI-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform.

The ideal candidate will own quality across manual testing, automation, API testing, regression, and release validation while working closely with a senior engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute manual and automated test cases.
  

• Perform UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
  

• Develop automation using Selenium, Cypress, and/or Playwright.
  

• Test REST/GraphQL APIs using Postman.
  

• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
  

• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and validate fixes.
  

• Support CI/CD testing and release sign-off.
  

• Test multi-tenant workflows, authentication, authorization, and edge cases.
  

• Work directly with the North American engineering team.
  

Required Skills

• 2+ years of QA experience with manual and automation testing.
  

• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  

• Strong understanding of REST APIs and Postman.
  

• Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
  

• Experience with Git and Jira.
  

• Understanding of CI/CD and automated testing.
  

• Strong debugging, communication, and ownership skills.
  

• Ability to work EST-aligned hours.
  

Nice to Have

• AI/LLM feature testing experience.
  

• AWS/cloud experience.
  

• Multi-tenant SaaS testing.
  

• Performance testing with k6/JMeter.
  

• SQL/database testing.
  

• Experience working with North American clients.
