We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team and help ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software products.
In this role, you will work closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle. You will contribute to both manual and automated testing practices, playing a key role in building a strong quality culture and improving testing processes.
The role combines quality engineering, test automation, and collaboration, with a strong focus on modern QA practices and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Drive proactive quality practices (Shift Left / Quality by Design):
- Participate in refinement and planning, ensuring testability and clear acceptance criteria
- Support stakeholders in defining clear, verifiable requirements
Promote shared quality ownership:
- Foster a team-wide quality mindset through guidance, standards, and collaboration
- Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders
- Improve acceptance criteria, test distribution, and quality gates
Define and execute testing strategies:
- Develop and evolve a risk-based testing approach
- Perform exploratory testing for complex or high-risk scenarios
- Validate end-to-end business flows from a user perspective
Build and maintain test automation:
- Develop new automated tests using Playwright (TypeScript)
- Maintain and stabilize existing Selenium (C#) test suites
- Ensure reliable regression coverage and support gradual migration to Playwright
Leverage AI and continuous improvement:
- Use AI tools to accelerate test design and automation
- Continuously improve QA processes using production insights (logs, incidents, feedback)
- Adapt testing strategies to support modern, cloud-based platforms
Requirements
- Strong QA mindset with focus on prevention and quality ownership
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)

Hands-on experience with:
- Playwright (TypeScript)
- Selenium (Java)

- API testing
- Automated testing frameworks

- Knowledge of CI/CD and integration of automated tests in pipelines

- Azure DevOps
- Jira
- Confluence

- Ability to build and maintain reliable regression test suites
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working collaboratively across teams
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Nice-to-have
- ISTQB Certification (Foundation Level)
- Experience with ERP systems

- Ability to mentor teams on QA best practices
