Key Requirements:
· Previous purchasing experience is essential.
· Excellent English communication skills are a must.
Role Responsibilities:
· Managing purchase requisition worksheets and generating orders based on supplier minimum configurations.
· Ensuring orders are sent promptly and within required timelines.
· Identifying out-of-stock items from suppliers and proactively researching alternative suppliers to place orders.
· Updating the system with accurate pricing, codes, and other relevant details.
· Receiving and processing stock deliveries.
· Assisting with other procurement-related tasks as needed.
Work Schedule:
Starting time: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm Manila time
Benefits:
· The ideal candidate will be confident and personable on the phone, with strong English communication skills, capable of following up on emailed orders and liaising with Australian companies to place orders and inquire about ETAs.
· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Nav or Business Central is a plus.
· Accuracy in data entry is essential for updating inventory with new items and receipting stock.
· The successful candidate will possess excellent procurement and sourcing skills and demonstrate exceptional organisational abilities.
