šŸ’¼The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Purchase Office Junior for a part time position (21 hours per week): a versatile and reliable person to support both purchasing activities and internal operational logistics.

The role combines supplier and order management with hands on support for employee equipment, welcome pack logistics and coordination with internal stakeholders.

You will work closely with Purchasing, Finance, People and Facility teams to ensure smooth operational processes across the company, contributing to day to day activities that are essential for the organization to run efficiently.

šŸ’»Responsibilities:

  • Support purchasing activities and supplier management

  • Collect and manage purchase requests from internal stakeholders

  • Support supplier selection, qualification and order management processes

  • Negotiate with suppliers and monitor purchasing conditions and deadlines

  • Support budget checks and purchasing workflow activities

  • Maintain updated supplier, contract and purchasing documentation

  • Organise welcome pack logistics for new employees

  • Manage delivery, collection and replacement of company devices and equipment

  • Support hardware inventory and asset management activities

  • Collaborate with Internal IT and Facility teams on operational activities

  • Keep internal tracking files and employee equipment records up to date

  • Support day to day operational and administrative activities related to purchasing and office logistics

  • Studies in economics or related fields (a degree is appreciated but not mandatory)

  • Previous experience, even short, in administrative, purchasing or operational support activities

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Good communication and collaboration skills

  • Proactive and hands on attitude

  • Confidence in interacting with suppliers and internal stakeholders

  • Basic knowledge of purchasing and administrative processes

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel

  • Comfortable working with tracking files and operational documentation

  • A practical, proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to manage external suppliers in a professional and effective way

  • Good English knowledge
