These services shall include assessment, service planning, individual, group or family based interventions. The Clinician/Case Manager provides these services within the scope of their professional discipline. QualificationsMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Social Work, or Clinical Psychology from an accredited school One year of experience providing clinical services to individuals with severe mental illness, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, and severe emotional disturbances/disruptive behaviors · Work experience utilizing electronic medical records State of Michigan professional license (LMSW, LLMSW, LP, LLP) Michigan's Certified within 30 days of hire · Possess clinical skills in crisis intervention, assessment, and therapeutic intervention WORKING CONDITIONS: 20  hours per week Evening Shift Monday - Friday (4:00 pm - 8:00 pm) Services will be provided remotely   COMPENSATION: Based on experience and qualifications, with a starting rate of $30.00 per hour.
