We are seeking a compassionate, entrepreneurial, and licensed Clinical Psychologist who is interested in helping build and grow a modern mental health practice while maintaining flexibility and professional autonomy.
Position Overview
The Clinical Psychologist will provide psychological assessments, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and evidence-based mental health services to adolescents and adults.
This opportunity is ideal for a provider who wishes to maintain an independent practice within a supportive clinical environment while benefiting from administrative support, marketing, referrals, and access to a growing patient base.
Providers may choose to see patients:
- In person at our clinic location.
- Remotely through a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
- Through a hybrid model combining both in-office and virtual appointments.
Compensation Structure
This position is offered as an Independent Contractor (1099).
Compensation is provided at a rate of $95 per completed therapy session.
Compensation is based on collected patient revenue and paid for sessions that are attended and completed.
There are no production caps or minimum session requirements, allowing providers the flexibility to grow their practice according to their professional goals, availability, and desired caseload.
In addition, psychologists benefit from clinic-generated referrals, administrative support, scheduling assistance, marketing, billing support, and access to operational resources designed to help build and maintain a successful practice.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments.
- Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with medical providers and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in clinical consultations as appropriate.
- Comply with all professional, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver services through both in-person and telehealth formats as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Doctoral Degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology.
- Current Arizona Psychologist License in good standing.
- Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
