We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Programmer to join our remote team. In this role, you will create, maintain, and improve call handling scripts used to support our clients' communication needs. You will work with internal teams to ensure scripts are accurate, effective, and meet quality standards while helping deliver exceptional service to our clients.
As a remote team member, you must be comfortable working independently while participating in regular Zoom meetings and collaborating with supervisors and team members. You will receive training on our systems and processes, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and develop new skills. Candidates with call center experience are encouraged to apply, as an understanding of customer service and call handling workflows can be beneficial in this role.
Your responsibilities will include creating and updating call handling scripts using the Amtelco platform, performing quality assurance reviews of scripts developed by team members, maintaining accurate documentation, and completing data entry tasks within our CRM system.
