As a Project Manager specializing in Agile Testing for Data projects within the Banking Industry, you will oversee and coordinate testing initiatives to ensure the quality and integrity of data-driven solutions. You will work closely with Agile teams, stakeholders, and testing professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced banking environment.

  • Manage end-to-end Agile testing projects related to data management, data quality, and data migration within banking systems.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to define test strategies, plans, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate the execution of test cases, monitor testing progress, and track defects to resolution.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos with a focus on testing activities.
  • Identify potential risks and blockers related to testing and work with teams to mitigate them promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulatory standards and data governance policies throughout testing processes.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders regarding testing status and quality metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience in Agile environments, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software testing principles, especially related to data.
  • Experience managing data-related testing projects, including data quality, data migration, or data integration.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and data governance frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Agile project management and testing tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, TestRail).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or ISTQB certifications are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
