What You'll Do
- Lead managed services engagements from tender and requirements through transition, go-live, and steady-state operations.
- Manage service take-ons and transitions across service desk, server platform, network, and security services end-to-end.
- Manage BAU projects and service improvements within engagements already onboarded, keeping delivery, SLAs, and client satisfaction on track.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors for on-time, in-scope, in-budget delivery.
- Develop detailed transition plans, schedules, and budget estimates for managed services and infrastructure rollouts.
- Manage risks, issues, and change requests across scope, schedule, and cost.
- Establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, service partners, and vendors.
- Run governance forums and service reviews — reporting status, SLA/KPI performance, and risks, escalating as needed.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation across concurrent managed services engagements.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance reporting.
- Coordinate dependencies with adjacent software and automation workstreams, and drive continuous service improvement into steady-state.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally covering managed services, service desk, or infrastructure engagements.
- Proven experience managing engagements from tender or requirements through transition, go-live, and early-life support.
- Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
- Experience across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Project.
- Skilled in risk and change management across scope, schedule, and cost, with working knowledge of ITIL practices — service transition, change, and incident/problem management.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, including CSPs and MSPs.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and client relationship-management skills.
Bonus Points
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
- Experience across Telco, BFSI, or large enterprise environments is a plus.
- ITIL certification is an added advantage.
- Experience delivering for clients in European and Australian markets is an added advantage.
