The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, communications, and project documentation. This role requires strong project management discipline, practical change management experience, and the ability to drive execution, enable organizational readiness, and keep project teams aligned and moving forward.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project plans for assigned HR transformation projects or workstreams, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and status updates.
  • Drive day-to-day project execution by coordinating activities, tracking action items, following up on commitments, and ensuring deliverables stay on track.
  • Work with project sponsors, HR stakeholders, delivery teams, and other supporting business functions needed to support successful project execution, change readiness, and adoption.
  • Integrate change management activities into the project plan, including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, training coordination, readiness planning, adoption tracking, and reinforcement activities.
  • Develop and execute the project Change Management and Enablement strategy, including creating and managing the Change Management Bill of Materials (BOM) to plan, track, and deliver the enablement activities and artifacts required for successful adoption.
  • Maintain supporting project management deliverables, including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, meeting materials, and related documentation.
  • Support the establishment of repeatable approaches for stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement across HR.
  • Prepare clear project updates for project teams, sponsors, stakeholders, and program leaders, including progress against milestones, key risks, open decisions, dependencies, change readiness, and adoption measures.
  • Support meeting planning and facilitation, including agendas, notes, decisions, action items, owners, due dates, and follow-up.
  • Identify and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, stakeholder concerns, readiness gaps, and adoption barriers that may impact delivery or outcomes.
  • Partner with project and program leaders to define and track project success measures, business outcomes, readiness indicators, adoption metrics, and operational outcomes.
  • Maintain project documentation, change deliverables, trackers, reports, SharePoint materials, and enablement assets in alignment with HR Transformation Office standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by applying lessons learned, reusing templates, and helping develop repeatable project delivery, change management, and HR Enablement practices across HR.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, human resources, project management, organizational change management, communications, operations, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience managing projects, project workstreams, or change management projects in a corporate, enterprise, HR, technology, or shared services environment.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including managing timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, action items, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Experience integrating change management activities into project delivery, including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, readiness planning, training coordination, adoption tracking, and reinforcement.
  • Experience creating project and change management deliverables such as project plans, status reports, RAID logs, communication plans, stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, readiness plans, training support materials, or adoption trackers.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage details, track commitments, and keep project teams aligned.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear materials for project teams, stakeholders, sponsors, and leaders.
