Job Description

We're seeking an organized, proactive project manager to support a multi-writer content engagement. This is a part-time, ongoing role focused on keeping deliverables on track across a team of copywriters working through a rolling scope of existing-content revisions and new asset creation. 

Hourly Rate: $55/hr
Location: Remote, EST preferred
Hours: 5–8 hrs/week
Engagement Type: W-2, part-time, ongoing through end of year (~24 weeks), with potential to extend based on scope
Project Start: ASAP

What You'll Do:

  • Help maintain and update the task list/schedule across a team of copywriters, tracking deliverables from draft through two rounds of review to final approval
  • Support coordination of timelines and priorities, helping ensure top-priority assets move first
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact keeping copywriters, account team and client aligned on status, deadlines, and blockers
  • Help manage a shared drive/file system for asset organization and version control
  • Flag risks or delays as they come up, and help resolve simple scheduling conflicts across copywriters' availability
  • Support onboarding of new copywriters joining the project as work scales
  • Provide regular status updates to the account team

 

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating or supporting content, creative, or marketing projects
  • Comfortable juggling multiple contributors and shifting priorities in a fast-moving, evolving-scope environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive about flagging issues early
  • Comfortable working with a distributed/remote team
  • Familiarity with content review workflows (draft → review rounds → final approval) 
  • A dependable, easygoing, collaborative working style
