About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager with 5 years of proven expertise in managing technology and digital transformation projects. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive Agile delivery at scale while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning).
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineering teams to ensure clear backlog prioritization and delivery alignment.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budget within agreed parameters.
- Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and enabling teams to achieve their goals.
- Ensure consistent communication and reporting with stakeholders, leadership, and clients.
- Track and report project KPIs (velocity, burn-down charts, value delivered, predictability, etc.).
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams and the organization.
- Manage cross-functional, geographically distributed teams for seamless collaboration.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project management fundamentals.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage risks and dependencies.
- Proven ability to balance delivery excellence with team empowerment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3+ years in Agile environments.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM), SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience in consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise-scale programs is an advantage.
