AI Summary

Lead the rollout and implementation of Alertive technology across NHS healthcare organisations to improve clinical communication. Drive long-term adoption by building relationships with clinical stakeholders and translating customer feedback into product insights.

About the Role

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead rollouts of Alertive across the NHS.

You'll be at the centre of bringing our technology into healthcare organisations, turning implementation plans into real-world impact. Working closely with NHS stakeholders and internal teams, you'll drive successful deployments, remove roadblocks, and ensure customers get value from day one.

This role is for someone who loves making complex projects feel simple and wants to play a meaningful role in improving communication across healthcare.

Every improvement we make has a direct impact on clinicians, operational teams, and ultimately patient care.

We're growing quickly and we're looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure without bureaucracy, drive momentum, and keep ambitious projects moving forward.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit on the sidelines updating spreadsheets.

We're looking for someone who loves getting things over the line.

What You'll Actually Do

Deliver successful Alertive implementations

  • Turn ambitious ideas into clear, achievable delivery plans.

  • Keep projects moving when priorities shift and complexity increases.

  • Build trusted, effective relationships with NHS clinical stakeholders and delivery teams alike.

  • Spot risks before they become problems.

  • Have the skills to create clarity against at times conflicting priorities and complexity.

  • Collaborate with the customer success team to generate excitement, identify use cases and problem areas, and support planning of activities such as training, onboarding, and gathering product feedback.

  • Be able to translate customer requirements into clear documentation in order to build the correct configuration from day one.

  • Identify gaps in processes and help us continuously improve how we deliver Alertive implementations.

  • Lead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.

Drive adoption and trusted relationships

  • Turn successful implementations into lasting adoption, helping NHS teams embed Alertive into everyday workflows rather than treating it as "just another system."

  • Build trusted relationships with clinical and operational teams, becoming a partner in change rather than simply a project lead.

  • Identify champions, advocates and influential stakeholders within customer organisations who can help drive engagement and adoption across teams.

  • Help customers navigate change with confidence, creating enthusiasm for new ways of working rather than resistance to them.

  • Measure success through outcomes, adoption and customer satisfaction, not simply whether a project was delivered on time.

  • Spot early warning signs that adoption is stalling and proactively intervene before they become risks to customer success.

  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for our Product and Engineering teams, helping shape the future direction of Alertive.

  • Create advocates, not just users. The best implementations don't end at go-live; they create customers who actively champion the platform to others. Successful NHS adoption programmes focus heavily on trust, engagement and demonstrating value to end users.

  • Be obsessed with helping customers realise value quickly, balancing long-term transformation with early wins that build confidence and momentum.
