As part of the Medical Leverage team, the Project Manager will be the main point of contact with the client. You will lead the planning and implementation of projects by owning a detailed timeline for all collaborators to abide by, as well as manage the working budget. You will work alongside the account director and other team members to provide high standard client services and will be in contact with key stakeholders and internal service areas to ensure the projects are compliant with internal and external guidelines.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders in coordination with internal team members
  • Develop a detailed project plan and timeline to monitor and track progress
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Manage and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and updates
  • Maintain project budgets and manage reconciliation and invoicing process
  • Utilize internal and external platforms as required
  • Lead client status calls and organize internal preparation
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates degree or equivalent business experience
  • One to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to travel on occasion
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite

  • Initiative - Initiative means taking on new responsibilities and tasks independently. This involves acting without supervision, seeking help as needed, going beyond required duties, recognizing issues proactively, being resourceful, and responding quickly to urgent matters.

This includes defining what needs to be done, determining priorities, and allocating resources accordingly. It means staying focused, scheduling tasks and meetings, and keeping track of progress through checkpoints and goals.

  • Required to maintain effective, quiet and safe workspace at home
