THE CHALLENGE AHEAD 

As a Programmatic Trader, you’ll sit at the heart of execution and performance. You’ll be responsible for supporting Kerv campaigns across Display, Video, and CTV—learning everything from tactical setup to real-time optimization. You’ll work closely with senior team members and collaborate across our Sales, Client Success, Analytics, and Creative teams to help bring innovative media plans to life.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Assist in the setup, optimization, and performance management of programmatic campaigns across Display, Video, and CTV using major DSPs (The Trade Desk, Nexxen, AdTheorent).
  • Support the team with campaign QA, pacing, and optimizations under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Contribute to data-driven programmatic strategies aligned with client KPIs and assist in translating goals into measurable media plans.
  • Support campaign analysis to surface actionable insights and identify areas for growth or efficiency in reporting.
  • Assist in preparing reporting insights and campaign strategy materials for both internal stakeholders and client teams.
  • Test emerging ad formats, audience strategies, and deal types to keep campaigns innovative and high-performing.
  • Collaborate with Client Success, Sales, and Analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

  • 0–1 years of experience or an entry-level understanding of programmatic media.
  • Familiarity with the programmatic ecosystem or an eagerness to learn major DSPs.
  • Confidence in using performance data and optimization levers to make informed decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain performance trends and strategy.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
