We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, engaged, and motivated Scrum Master to support technology delivery teams. You will work closely with Product Owners, Technology Leads, Project Managers, QA teams, and engineers to improve day-to-day delivery, facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and maintain clear visibility across priorities, risks, and dependencies.
This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong understanding of Scrum and Agile fundamentals who enjoys working with fast-moving technology teams and helping them deliver more effectively.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure ceremonies are focused and result in clear actions and outcomes.
- Work with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Technology Leads to support sprint and delivery planning.
- Identify blockers, risks, and dependencies and help drive them toward resolution.
- Escalate unresolved delivery concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate delivery visibility through Jira and ensure boards and backlogs remain up to date.
- Track sprint progress, delivery metrics, commitments, and improvement actions.
- Facilitate retrospectives and help teams implement practical improvements.
- Encourage ownership, collaboration, accountability, and consistent Agile practices.
- Coordinate across multiple delivery teams where cross-team dependencies exist.
- Provide regular updates on delivery health, risks, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, QA, PMO, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Scrum Master or within an Agile technology/product delivery environment.
- Good understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and software delivery practices.
- Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Strong working knowledge of Jira or similar project management tools.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary Product and Engineering teams.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to identify delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies early.
- Organised and comfortable tracking actions through to completion.
- Pragmatic approach focused on outcomes rather than simply following processes.
- Scrum or Agile certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Good to Have
- Experience working in FinTech, financial services, SaaS, or fast-paced technology environments.
- Experience supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
- Understanding of Agile delivery metrics such as velocity, cycle time, sprint predictability, and delivery health.
