The Program Evaluator & Grants Specialist is responsible for evaluating programs, analyzing performance data, measuring grant outcomes, and supporting the development and administration of grant-funded initiatives. The position combines program evaluation, data analysis, performance improvement, grant writing, and grant reporting to ensure programs demonstrate measurable outcomes and meet funding requirements. The position works closely with program, clinical, quality, finance, data, and leadership teams and supports the full grant lifecycle from opportunity identification and application development through reporting and closeout. | |||||||||
