- Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) including critical path analysis and schedule risk assessment
- Monitor and report on subcontractor cost and schedule performance, ensuring compliance with prime contract requirements
- Prepare variance analysis reports identifying root causes of cost and schedule variances and recommended corrective actions
- Support development of ROM estimates and detailed cost proposals for future program phases
- Maintain compliance with all applicable cost and software data reporting (CSDR) requirements
- Support price substantiation efforts, ensuring all cost estimates are supported by detailed analysis and rationale
- Assist with representations and certifications required for OTA agreement compliance
Responsibilities may include:
Proven ability to develop, maintain, and execute program budgets on FFP contract structures
- Experience developing and tracking Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates and detailed cost proposals
- Strong understanding of FFP cost risk — ability to identify, quantify, and communicate cost risk exposure to program leadership
- Proficiency in cost baseline development, maintenance, and change control
- Experience with price reasonableness assessments and Total Evaluated Price (TEP) analysis
- Ability to develop and maintain cost models for multi-deliverable, milestone-driven programs
