Le attività di maggior interesse prevedranno:
-Partecipazione attiva ad assemblee condominiali in rappresentanza della Proprietà;
-Predisposizione verbali assemblee e report su Format Aziendali;
-Lettura bilanci gestione condominiale.
La figura ricercata dovrà essere in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
-Esperienza in materia Condomini;
-Nozioni diritto condominiale (regolamenti, tabelle millesimali);
-Capacità lettura bilanci condominiali e riparto spese.
Costituiranno titolo preferenziale, eventuali esperienze pregresse nei seguenti ambiti:
-Abilitazione Amministratore Condomini;
-Esperienza nella presentazione delle pratiche edilizie abilitative;
-Esperienza in materia Consorzi.
