Production Designer, Adult Animated Series F/M

We're looking for a Production Designer to originate the visual identity of a new adult animated series during development. This is a foundational creative leadership role: you'll be one of the first creative hires on the project, tasked with figuring out what the show looks like and proving it out through concept art and style frames. 

- Originate the overall visual style of the show, including color, lighting, world design, and tone, in close collaboration with the showrunners.

- Lead a small visual development team through concept art, style frames, character and environment design that will guide the show if it moves into production

- Build and manage a development-phase team working across different time zones, adapting review cycles and communication so the work stays aligned without requiring everyone online at once

- Guide design decisions for mature content and story-driven violence: work with the creators to ensure early designs and key art support action that serves character and narrative rather than existing for its own sake

- Present and iterate the visual direction for studio reviews as the project moves through development

Location: France preferred; hybrid or remote considered for the right candidate. Team spans multiple time zones
