About the Job
As a Product Specialist at Aspire,you will work closely with business stakeholders, designers, engineers, and QA teams to define product requirements, support agile development, and ensure features are delivered according to business and customer needs. You will help turn ideas and customer behaviors into clear product requirements while supporting the team throughout the software development lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Participate in SDLC and Agile activities, including planning, reviews, and backlog grooming.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate releases and identify issues or edge cases.
Gather and analyze business and customer needs to define clear product requirements.
Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and functional specifications.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
Create product documentation, mockups, and process flows to communicate product ideas.
Communicate with stakeholders to align expectations, clarify scope, and provide progress updates.
Identify and suggest new product ideas that improve user experience, retention, and feature adoption.
What You Will Need
3+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related field.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
Strong documentation skills, including BRDs, user stories, functional specifications, and gap analysis.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Good understanding of Agile/Hybrid methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Strong adaptability, ownership, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in FinTech, digital banking, or financial services is highly preferred.
Familiarity with financial product design, onboarding, e-KYC, or service personalization is a plus.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
Understanding of mobile app analytics and user behavior tracking is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO/SOC or similar.
