We are looking for a Product Owner to drive the evolution of our Intelligent Authoring (IA) platform. This role will serve as the primary link between Product Management, Regulatory, Professional Services, and Development teams, translating business and customer needs into clear product requirements and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the Intelligent Authoring product backlog.
  • Gather, refine, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Write product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Regulatory, Professional Services, and Development teams to define product priorities.
  • Partner with technical teams on solution design, feasibility, and architecture discussions.
  • Validate delivered functionality and provide acceptance feedback.
  • Support roadmap planning and continuous product improvement.
  • Contribute to strategic modernization and re-architecture initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a B2B software environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and software architecture concepts.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience translating complex business requirements into actionable development work.
  • An outcome-focused mindset with a passion for delivering customer value.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise or on-premises software solutions.
  • Experience supporting product modernization or re-architecture programs.
  • Exposure to regulated or compliance-focused applications.
  • SAP experience or familiarity with SAP environments is a strong plus.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for research, analysis, and documentation.
