scaling tech businesses worldwide to help them access world class talent and

accelerate growth. With operations across the globe our mission is to make building high

performing global teams simple, fast, and cost-effective. Teamified has hundreds of clients with more than 200 engineers, testers, product managers,

designers, and technology experts delivering impactful solutions every day.

About The Role

We're looking for a mid-level Product Manager to join us in working directly

with customers to understand their pain points and turning individual asks into solutions that scale across our whole customer base. This role sits across web and mobile, with a strong focus on compliance and platform consistency, and partners closely with Engineering, UX, Solutions Consulting, and Support.

This is a role for someone who is genuinely curious about customers and how the product works in their hands, who can hold their own in a triad, and who's comfortable making prioritization calls backed by evidence rather than instinct alone.

What you'll work on

  • Work directly with customers to understand pain points and use cases, with a particular focus on customer-raised asks and requests
  • Translate individual customer problems into solutions that can be rolled out to the broader customer base, not just the requesting account
  • Understand and solve for compliance requirements across both web and mobile platforms
  • Translate web features into mobile features, ensuring parity and platform-appropriate design
  • Define and prioritize projects and tasks based on evidence and stakeholder consultation
  • Proactively report on progress and challenges to stakeholders and leadership
  • Own and drive product briefs, working in close collaboration with Engineering, UX, Solutions Consulting (SC), and Support
  • Run gap analyses across multiple areas of the platform to identify where it falls short of customer or compliance needs

Requirements

What you bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Management (or equivalent experience translating customer needs into shipped features)
  • Genuine curiosity about customers and how they use the product
  • Ability to clearly articulate problems, proposed solutions, and recommendations, including the trade-offs behind them
  • Strong communication skills, confident and articulate with customers, internal stakeholders, and engineers alike
  • Demonstrated experience working within a triad model (Product, Engineering, UX) and directly with customers
  • Solid instincts for user experience, knowing what makes a feature usable, not just functional
  • Comfort working across both web and mobile product surfaces

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI tools applied to product workflows
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Experience defining and measuring success metrics for shipped features
  • Ability to uncover common themes across disparate customer feedback

Why this role matters

This PM sits close to the customer, translating real, individual problems into solutions that hold up across the whole platform and customer base. The work directly shapes how consistent, compliant, and usable the product feels across web and mobile, and gives you real ownership over problems from discovery through to delivery.

Benefits

  • Flexibility in work hours and location, with a focus on managing energy rather than time.
  • Access to online learning platforms and a budget for professional development
  • A collaborative, no-silos environment, encouraging learning and growth across teams
  • A dynamic social culture with team lunches, social events, and opportunities for creative input
  • Health insurance
  • Leave Benefits
  • 13th Month Pay

If you possess the required skills and are eager to contribute to our team's success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Apply now!
