AI Summary

Lead the discovery and launch of AI-powered products and internal tools to enhance the experience for designers and clients. Partner with Engineering and leadership to evaluate AI models and translate technical capabilities into valuable customer features.

About Us:

Dribbble is the leading platform to discover world-class designers, browse their design work, and purchase the services they offer. We're on a mission to help professional designers earn a living doing work they take pride in.

With most jobs, you have to pick between having a huge impact on the organization (small team) or having a huge impact on the world (big product). At Dribbble, you get to do both as part of a lean, laser-focused team that's responsible for one of the world's most popular websites.

We’re a fully remote team. We know firsthand that people can do their best work and inspire others to do the same, no matter where they're located as long as they have the freedom to be open, honest, and their authentic selves with each other.

About the role:

We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape and execute the future of Dribbble.

As a Product Manager at Dribbble, you’ll work closely with our Chief Product Officer and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI can create meaningful value for our customers and our business. You’ll lead product initiatives from discovery through launch, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

This role sits at the intersection of product management and applied AI. You’ll help shape how Dribbble leverages today’s rapidly evolving AI landscape by evaluating models, identifying the right use cases, and partnering with Engineering to build AI-powered products and internal tools that delight customers and improve how we work.

As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building AI-powered products. Identify opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve the experience for designers, clients, and the Dribbble team, and lead those initiatives from discovery through launch.
  • Partnering closely with Engineering. Work alongside engineers to evaluate AI technologies, understand technical tradeoffs, and translate emerging capabilities into valuable customer experiences.
  • Applying the right AI solutions. Evaluate AI models and technologies to determine the best approach for different product problems, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, cost, and performance.
  • Turning ideas into meaningful product experiences. Partner with Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Finance to identify opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver valuable features to market.
  • Championing our customers. Develop a deep understanding of the needs, behaviors, and challenges of the designers and businesses that rely on Dribbble every day.
  • Using data to inform decisions. Monitor product performance, evaluate AI product quality, and use experimentation and customer feedback to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Supporting product growth. Improve onboarding, engagement, retention, and monetization through experimentation and continuous optimization.

We're looking for:

  • Product Management experience. You've shipped digital products from discovery through launch and know how to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Experience building AI-powered products and features. You've shipped AI-powered products or features and understand today's AI landscape (LLMs, multimodal models, agents, RAG, etc.). You're comfortable evaluating different models and partnering closely with Engineering to build AI experiences that solve real customer problems.
  • A customer-first mindset. You’re naturally curious about user behavior and passionate about building products people love.
  • Comfort with data. You’re confident using quantitative and qualitative insights to guide decisions, measure success, and evaluate AI product performance.
  • Strong communication skills. You’re comfortable collaborating across different teams and can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A collaborative approach. You enjoy working closely with teammates across disciplines and believe great products are built together.
  • Adaptability. AI evolves quickly, and you’re excited to continuously learn, experiment, and apply new technologies as the landscape changes.
  • An appreciation for design and creativity. You’re excited about building products for the world’s leading design community.

Benefits:

At Dribbble, you’ll join a diverse team dedicated to learning, teaching, and growing; as individuals, as a team, as a business, and as a community. As a workplace, we pride ourselves on doing right by our employees, and have a benefits package that makes being a part of the Dribbble team a dream job and something to be really proud of:

  • 100% remote: so you can work where you feel most comfortable and inspired.
  • Stay healthy: generous medical and dental for both you and your dependents.
  • Relax and unwind: with plenty of paid vacation, and paid sick time for when you need it.
  • Paid volunteer days: for you to spend giving back to non profits/organizations that are important to you.
  • Celebrate: we observe both US and Canadian holidays - and a whole week of rest in December.
  • Family leave: Paid time off for when your family grows.
  • Save up: put pre-tax savings into a 401k/RRSP - we’ll match a portion of your contributions.
  • Fitness fund: to help you feel your very best.
  • Equipment fund: so you can deck out your home office.
  • Monthly coffee budget: Grab that latte - it’s on us.
  • Hang out: we get together at least once a year for some in-person face time.
  • Pro tools: MacBook Pro (or Air) and all the tools you need to do a great job.

Dribbble has shared the base salary range that, in good faith, we expect to offer applicants for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will depend on a mix of factors such as your experience, education, qualifications, certifications, skills, and our current business needs.

ANNUAL BASE SALARY RANGE

  • $125,000 - $140,000 CAD

At Dribbble, compensation is about more than just a salary. We’re proud to offer a well-rounded package that supports your life and growth, including 100% remote work, three weeks of vacation to start, ten days of paid sick time each year, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, and a retirement plan with matching for regular full-time employees.

We believe in creating an environment where people can do their best work, feel supported, and grow both personally and professionally.
