AI Summary

The Product Manager will act as a strategic bridge between design and engineering to drive hardware-enabled products from concept to delivery. Key duties include defining product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and collaborating with stakeholders to align business goals with user needs.

Team Summary

You will be joining a deeply user-centric UX Design & Research team, which consists of creative problem-solvers, designers, and researchers obsessed with understanding the "why" behind every user interaction. Our culture is rooted in radical empathy, iterative prototyping, and evidence-based design. We don’t just build interfaces; we architect complex ecosystems where physical gadgets and digital experiences meet.

As the Product Manager in our company, you will be embedded directly within this creative engine to ensure our product vision is grounded in user reality from Day 1. This is a rare opportunity to define the company’s product culture from the ground up, acting as the strategic bridge between our design laboratory and engineering execution. We are looking for a partner who breathes design thinking but brings the rigorous strategic structure needed to ship sophisticated, hardware-enabled products

Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Manager who combines strong product thinking with a hands-on approach to execution. This role is focused on identifying opportunities, shaping product initiatives, and driving them from concept through delivery and growth.

Beyond day-to-day product execution, you will be expected to proactively identify areas for improvement, contribute to product growth, and help shape the future direction of both client and internal initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly proactive, takes ownership, and is comfortable leading initiatives end-to-end. They can independently turn ideas into actionable strategies, build alignment among stakeholders, and drive execution while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and business outcomes

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer value, and support business growth
  • Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and prioritization
