Product Manager

Ciklum is looking for a Product Manager to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As a Product Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. 

We are seeking a Middle Product Manager who combines solid product management fundamentals with emerging AI literacy and data-driven decision-making skills. You will contribute to discovery, delivery, and optimisation across the product lifecycle—using AI-assisted tools and techniques to improve insight generation, prioritisation, and execution efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who can operate independently, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and is curious about how AI can enhance core product practices such as discovery, analytics, and communication.

Responsibilities:

Participate in Continuous Product Discovery:

• Contribute to and execute product strategy aligned with business goals and user value
• Use AI-powered research, synthesis, and ideation tools (e.g., LLMs, data summarisation, or trend analysis) to uncover insights and shape discovery outcomes
• Conduct thorough market research and data analysis using both traditional and AI-enhanced analytics platforms
• Collaborate with design teams to co-create user-centric solutions, applying AI-assisted prototyping or usability analysis tools where applicable
• Implement and monitor analytics to evaluate feature performance, applying AI-driven dashboards or anomaly detection to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop and refine product roadmaps using data-supported prioritisation and scenario planning
• Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, using AI-enabled backlog management or impact estimation tools to optimise focus and flow

Drive Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Oversee the end-to-end feature development lifecycle, from concept to launch and scaling
• Work independently with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams to ensure timely, high quality delivery
• Collaborate with AI or data engineering specialists to explore how automation, prediction, or recommendation systems can create additional product value
• Apply an understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks, using AI-assisted documentation or sprint planning tools to streamline collaboration

Develop Essential Product Management Skills:

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, articulating product vision, progress, and outcomes clearly
• Adapt communication styles to diverse audiences, leveraging AI tools for presentation, narrative design, or data storytelling to improve clarity and engagement
• Identify root causes of problems and structure solutions, using AI-assisted diagnostics or hypothesis testing tools when relevant
• Evaluate data, identify patterns, and anticipate potential outcomes to inform decision-making
• Show adaptability in the face of uncertainty and maintain flexibility when priorities shift
• Manage time effectively and collaborate within diverse, distributed teams to achieve delivery goals

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a technology-driven environment
• Strong understanding of discovery, delivery, and analytics processes
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced tools for research, workflow automation, or decision support (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, n8n, Miro AI, or similar)
• Proven ability to use AI tools for prototyping and requirements creation
• Proven ability to launch and manage features through their lifecycle using customer-centric approaches
• Experience working with Agile teams and product management systems such as Jira, Confluence, or Notion
• Analytical mindset with a data-informed approach to problem solving
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning attitude toward new technologies
