Product Management Expert

Ciklum is looking for a Product Management Expert to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

As a Product Management Expert, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of  clients Cards product, helping shape the future of how millions of customers access and spend their funds
  worldwide
• Expand and evolve our Cards offering by delivering new capabilities across the entire card lifecycle, including virtual and physical cards, card controls, card security, spending experiences, and card management features
• Lead the strategy and development of expense management capabilities, enabling businesses to better control, track, reconcile, and optimize company
  spending
• Drive complex product integrations with card processors, issuing partners, payment networks, and internal platforms to deliver scalable, reliable, and
  seamless customer experiences
• Build products that improve card activation, usage, engagement, and customer retention while optimizing operational efficiency
• Own end-to-end product initiatives—from identifying customer needs and market opportunities through product definition, delivery, launch, and continuous
  optimization
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Business teams to deliver innovative card solutions that meet
  customer needs and regulatory requirements
• Define success metrics, leverage data and experimentation to validate product hypotheses, and continuously improve product performance

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of delivering successful customer-facing products
• Experience leading complex product integrations with internal systems and external partners
• Strong experience defining product strategy and translating customer needs into scalable product solutions
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to formulate hypotheses, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions
• Experience working with APIs, third-party integrations, and technical stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across cross-functional teams
• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is an advantage
• Experience with card products card processors, payment networks, or processors is a strong plus
