Main Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in product design with demonstrated impact on product success
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design process and measurable business outcomes
Expert proficiency with Figma, including prototyping and design systems
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Proven ability to collaborate with product managers on product strategy and roadmapping
Strong business acumen and understanding of key product metrics (adoption, retention, conversion, revenue)
Demonstrated professionalism in behavior and presentation
Active listener who is kind and passionate about building successful products
Experience working directly with U.S. based clients and stakeholders
Adaptable and quick to adopt AI tools to improve design workflow and delivery
