About the Role 

Planning, developing, and implementing speaker processes for new program launch. Provide manufacturing information, including process time, labor needs and investment for new speaker RFQ. Support speaker manufacturing plant for quality and efficiency improvement.

What You Will Do 

New speaker program Industrialization 

  • Based on speaker design concept, provide RFQ required manufacturing information on time, including PFMD (process mapping, time, Director labor), evaluate and define manufacturing location & production line and evaluate relevant investment needs.   

  • Conduct DFM review, highlight process risks to PM, R&D team. 

  • Align fixture design and fabrication to meet build schedule. 

  • Support Thailand plants on new speaker PV build & industrialization. 

  • Release manufacturing BOM (M-BOM) to plant. 

  • Conduct project gate review. 

 

 

Speaker new process development 

  • Track and analyze new/existing production processes for technical improvements, Including research results in collaboration with internal and external resources in new technologies and materials. 

  • Perform cost comparisons of new processes, taking into account future requirements, strategic business objectives, technological developments, technical options, production capacity issues, and other organizational conditions.  

  • Develop documented specifications for new processes 

  • Develop new process PFMEA and provide input on control plan, hand over to plant engineering 

 

Manage the creation and maintenance of Process Specifications, Hardware Specifications, and Best Practices 

  • Work with global speaker team members to standardize production processes across the organization. 

  • Work with global speaker team members to develop and implement best practices in production that result in the best possible quality level while managing costs. 

  • Facilitate knowledge transfer about all aspects of transducer process to plant engineering team. 

 

What You Need 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanism/Electronics/Automation etc.) 

  • 10 years experience of process engineer with automatic or semi-automatic manufacturing process in automotive industry.  

  • Experience in launching & industrializing new products, be familiar with new project development process. 

  • Fluent English communication. 

  • 6 Sigma green belt knowledge 

  • Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing.
