The role involves managing compensation documentation, validating invoices, and resolving data-quality issues for faculty and coaching engagements. Additionally, the analyst produces recurring reports on utilization and billing to support Finance and leadership teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own accurate, timely issuance of compensation and work-assignment documentation for all faculty and coaching engagements on Internal CRM and PO Tools.
- Process and validate invoices and timesheets for associates and partners, matching data across multiple formats and systems to catch and resolve discrepancies at the source.
- Communicate directly with invoice senders and internal stakeholders to resolve data-quality issues, using sound judgment on when to escalate.
- Support ad hoc reporting, administrative, and cross-functional requests from Operations and Customer Experience leadership.
- Partner with project teams and evaluation specialists to keep participant and program data aligned and build automated workflows as needed.
- Analyze utilization, evaluation, and billing data to produce recurring reports that are used by Finance and associate faculty.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related analytical discipline.
- Up to three years of experience in transaction processing, financial operations, or a similarly data-intensive role within a fast-paced corporate environment; candidates with less experience but strong analytical fundamentals are encouraged to apply.

- Sharp aptitude for numbers and financial reasoning, with the analytical instinct to pull data together from multiple sources and spot when something doesn't add up.
- Meticulous attention to detail paired with the initiative to work independently, under time pressure, and with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners while resolving data or billing issues professionally.
- Proven reliability handling confidential, time-sensitive information.
- Comfortable working across data platforms and strong expertise in excel with prior exposure to enterprise business systems is an advantage, not a requirement.
- Flexible, collaborative team player, comfortable with hand-offs and shared ownership of deliverables.
- Able to work remotely with some overlap into U.S. business hours.
