A Day in the Life:
- Own cross-initiative coordination throughout the 90-day engagement, providing continuity across baseline development, dossier creation, solution demonstrations, and performance measurement.
- Lead a blended program team consisting of client engineers, Sparq team members, and a technology partner, ensuring alignment across responsibilities, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Define and maintain the engagement’s definition of done, ensuring expectations remain clear and consistent as priorities and requirements evolve.
- Run the two-week executive demonstration cadence with the client’s Online VP sponsor, determining what is ready to demonstrate and ensuring each session communicates meaningful progress.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to evaluate scope, dependencies, risks, and estimates, using sufficient technical depth to challenge assumptions and support informed decisions.
- Drive access approvals across repository, Atlassian, and Code Climate pathways, proactively removing blockers that could affect delivery.
- Serve as the primary interface to three parallel AI product development lifecycle initiatives outside the engagement’s direct scope, managing dependencies and preventing duplication or misalignment.
- Actively use AI tools, including Claude through our Anthropic partnership, to streamline tasks, improve the quality of your work, and share best practices with teammates while continuously seeking new ways to integrate AI into your everyday workflows
- Coordinate delivery within the client’s required internal continuous integration and release processes, ensuring the team accounts for governance and deployment requirements.
- Maintain visibility into program progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes while keeping executive sponsors and delivery stakeholders aligned throughout the engagement.
