Managing a team along with tech responsibilities
Qualifications:
8–12 years of experience in software engineering with strong expertise in SQL Server, NoSQL databases, Python for AI/ML workflows, tools and data processing. Familiarity with .NET and C# and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
3–5 years of experience in a leadership role, managing and scaling engineering teams in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
Ability to combine technical depth with strategic thinking, ensuring efficient delivery and platform optimization.
Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Proven experience in driving technical delivery while being hands-on when needed.
