Position Summary:

Lemonjuice Capital Solutions invests in fractionally owned real estate and upgrades the property to the highest and best use for today’s environment.  We reimagine the ownership, governance, and operations of the properties. 
Functions as the strategic business leader of Titality Title. Responsible for achieving revenue goals, team member satisfaction and the financial performance of the department. Functions to build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of corporat e goals. Evaluates and supports participation in the various channels (e.g., Industry Platforms and Associations, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, Revenue Management, electronic channels, etc.) and develops strong working relationships to maximize growth opportunities in the industry. Proactively positions and markets each business segment. Manages the operational budgets to enable development of company objec tives. As President, develops and implements strategies for all bus iness operations . Strategies focus on delivering exceptional services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of executive management, and supports return on investment initiatives. 


The President makes timely and informed business decisions, optimizes business value, and manages financial risk.  Leads the delivery of financial and business performance analysis, reporting of budgets, strategic plan projections, return on invested capital optimization, asset disposition, and restructuring.  


Key Responsibilities

Driving Operational Goals & Strategy 

  • Understands and informs Corporate of this subsidiary goals 
  • Determines operational communication activities. 
  • Evaluates market and economic trends and recommends tactics, products and services to align Titality goals with market realities. 
  • Develops strategy to meet team booking goals. 
  • Partners with Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to develop each property's strategy. 
  • Ensures that operational strategies are communicated, implemented, and updated as market conditions fluctuate. 
  • Partners with Revenue Management for annual pricing process, request for pricing, and development of business plan. 
  • Ensures that Company culture, operational, and brand standards are supported and enforced 

Maximizing Revenue & Managing Profitability 

  • Utilizes property diagnostic process in order to maximize revenue and profits. 
  • Evaluates and supports operational participation and performance. 
  • Deploys staff and teams to appropriate market segments.
  • Serves as authority on implementation of operational project, goals, and
  • Participates in Team calls with members of corporate and operational teams to support the business.
  • Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing standard operating procedures, customer correspondence). 

Managing Public Relations

  • Serves as the customer advocate.
  • Building Successful Relationships 
  • Develops and manages internal key stakeholder relationships.
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service 
  • Reviews social media, owner & guest satisfaction results to identify areas of improvement. 

Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities

  • Works with Human Resources, Engineering and Loss Prevention to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and/or union requirements. 
  • Reviews resort staffing levels to verify appropriate staffing and deployment.
  • Executes departmental and property emergency procedures. 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years’ experience regional management of operations or related professional area. 
  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years’ experience in regional management of operations or related professional area. 
  • Title Insurance Agent License 
  • Real Estate Escrow and Closing Experience
