Presales Consultant - Construction SaaS

Are you a presales consultant who enjoys understanding a customer's problem, shaping a solution and explaining it clearly?

We are hiring for a growing construction software business in Germany. The role combines discovery, demonstrations and commercial conversations with customers across the DACH market.

Tasks

• Work alongside the sales team from early discovery through to proposal.

• Understand each customer's situation and turn it into a clear use case.

• Prepare and deliver demonstrations suited to the customer, rather than relying on a fixed script.

• Explain technical ideas in straightforward business language.

• Support responses to customer questions, proposals and presentations.

• Share what you learn from customers with the wider product and commercial teams.

Requirements

• Experience in presales, solution consulting, sales engineering or a similar customer-facing software role.

• Fluent German and good working English.

• Confidence leading discovery calls and delivering software demonstrations.

• The ability to adapt your message to different people and situations.

• Experience with construction, BIM, engineering or project software would be useful, but is not essential.

• Based in Germany and comfortable with occasional customer travel.
