As a Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Specialist, you will serve as a key techno-functional bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions. Operating in the space between business analysis and technical implementation, you will drive process optimization, system configuration, automations, and integrations without requiring extensive custom software development.  

How your day-to-day work will look like: 

• Analyze business needs and map them into efficient, scalable Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform architecture. 

• Perform hands-on configuration of D365 CE, Dataverse, custom entities, security roles, and system workflows. 

• Design, build, and maintain automations using Power Automate and Power Platform tools to streamline business processes. 

• Oversee data migrations, ensure data integrity, and support integrations between D365 CE and external systems. 

• Facilitate clear communication between non-technical business units and technical delivery teams to manage expectations and project scope. 

• Troubleshoot platform issues, execute functional enhancements, and identify continuous improvements across system workflows. 

This would make you the ideal candidate: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  

• Proven experience configuring and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Microsoft Power Platform. 

• Strong proficiency with Dataverse, Power Automate, security models, workflows, data migrations, and integrations. 

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical designs. 

• Comfort operating between business analysis and development, supporting technical activities without needing full-stack coding expertise. 

• Availability to work a split schedule ensuring at least 4–5 hours of daily overlap with U.S. Eastern or Central time zones. 

• Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
