Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced PPC Specialist with 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.

You’ll take ownership of paid search performance, from campaign strategy and keyword research to optimization, testing, tracking, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, commercially minded, and confident managing advertising budgets with a strong focus on ROI, ROAS, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and other relevant campaign types.
• Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, competitor research, and negative keyword optimization.
• Build and restructure Google Ads accounts to improve efficiency and campaign performance.
• Monitor and optimize key metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall ad spend.
• Develop and test compelling ad copy, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
• Manage budgets and allocate spend based on performance and business objectives.
• Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
• Analyze campaign and landing-page performance to identify opportunities for improved conversion rates.
• Create clear performance reports and translate campaign data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, sales, and client-facing teams to align PPC campaigns with broader growth objectives.
• Stay current with Google Ads updates, automation features, bidding strategies, and paid search best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional PPC / paid search experience, with a strong focus on Google Ads.
• Demonstrable experience independently managing and optimizing Google Ads accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Google Search Ads, Performance Max, Display, remarketing, audience targeting, and automated bidding strategies.
• Proven ability to improve campaign efficiency and generate measurable results.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and campaign analytics.
• Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with campaign performance data.
• Strong understanding of landing pages, conversion rate optimization, and the relationship between ad creative, targeting, and conversions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and take full ownership of performance.
• Agency or experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously is a strong advantage.
• Google Ads certifications are advantageous but not required.
