Power Platform Developer (German Speaker)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain products and custom business solutions using the MS Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Take ownership of projects and drive solutions from concept to delivery.

• Work directly with customers to understand requirements, advise on best practices, and help design solutions that are simple, maintainable, and aligned with business needs

• Values scalable architecture, structure, and long-term maintainability

• Support customers in the modernization and migration of existing VBA macros and MS Access applications into the MS Power Platform ecosystem

• Analyze existing business applications and define modernization strategies and target architectures.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and continuously improve development standards and best practices

• Collaborate closely with colleagues while also being able to work independently and manage your own responsibilities.

• Continuously learn, share knowledge, and contribute to improving our products, services, and ways of working.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Several years of experience with the MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in designing scalable architectures and development following Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) principles.

• Excellent understanding of data modelling and solution design.

• Hands-on experience with the modernization and migration of VBA macros and MS Access applications.

• Experience in analyzing and improving existing business applications.

• A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility.

• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Enjoy working directly with customers and acting as a trusted advisor

• Familiarity with JSON, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript / TypeScript

• Native-level German and fluent English language skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power Platform Testing, Power BI, and n8n.

• UI/UX design experience.

• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting.

• Experience with governance, DevOps, and enterprise application lifecycle management.
