Job Description
Automation Analyst - Remote
Infina Health is seeking an experienced Power Automate Developer to join our team as an Automation Developer reporting to the Manager of Automation. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire company’s automation protocols, which use Power Automate. This is an expanding role and has room for growth for the right person willing to roll up their sleeves and build off an already established foundation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business requirements, identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, and implement Power Automate & Power Automate Desktop solutions to meet business requirements.
- Leverage Power Platform capabilities to transform traditional business processes into efficient, modern experiences.
- Develop and implement automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Cloud, integration with various other components of MSPP.
- Seamless Integration of Power Automate flows with external systems, SQL, Dataverse, API and other Cloud services.
- Integrate Power Automate Solutions with Power BI dashboards to provide insightful data analysis and interactive reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing flows.
- Provide training and documentation to end-users on the use of Power Apps, ensuring they can effectively use the developed apps.
- Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform updates and trends to leverage new features and improvements.
- Working directly with team members to support various projects and provide solutions.
- Document design specifications, SDD (Solution Design Document), PDD (Process Definition Document), TDD (Technical Design Document).
- Identifying areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
- Hands on experience in Developing RPA Bots using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop Flows.
- Experience in RPA Bot Development using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop Flows is a must.
- Monitor and analyze automation metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
- Experience in technical mentoring and hand holding for a team consisting of Power Automate Desktop Flows Developers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform including Power apps and Power BI is a plus.
- PL500 certification is advantageous.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 years’ power automate experience
- Must have developed at least 4-5 automation solutions end to end.
- Good understanding of attended, unattended automation, machine configuration and load balancing.
- Excellent knowledge of exception handling, logging, error report and incident solving.
- Competency in Microsoft O-365 products including SharePoint, Power BI, Word, OneDrive, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with business users and for creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual design thinking skills.
