Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat for the retail giant, Zalando.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding online orders, sizing, delivery tracking, and returns.
• Provide expert fashion advice and insights, enhancing the overall online shopping experience for Portuguese-speaking clients.
• Resolve complex consumer issues related to digital payments and loyalty program benefits.
• Maintain high quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty in the competitive retail market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the communication process for international retail operations.
• Adapt quickly to new retail trends and system updates to provide accurate, up-to-date information to customers.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Strong command of English to facilitate internal communication.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• A genuine passion for the retail and fashion industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Previous experience in retail or customer support is highly advantageous.
