Our platform combines an AI-first architecture, composable no-code tools, and enterprise-grade governance to help organizations build and scale faster.We’re proud to be recognized by top industry analysts as a Leader and Strong Performer in multiple Gartner and Forrester reports.In 2025, Creatio was named to Inc.’s Best Workplaces list, highlighting our commitment to employee wellbeing and a strong workplace culture.Who We're Looking ForThe Portfolio Project Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of long-term enterprise implementation projects across client and internal initiatives within MEA or Europe regions.The role ensures structured execution, alignment with delivery standards, and successful outcomes across multiple parallel projects, typically with a duration of 1 year or longer.This role operates within the Center of Delivery Excellence and reports to the Head of Delivery Assurance, working closely with Delivery Assurance Leads, architects, and cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio ManagementOwn and manage a portfolio of enterprise-level implementation projects (client and internal)Ensure alignment across projects in terms of scope, timelines, delivery standards, and business objectivesMaintain visibility over portfolio health, including progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomesProject Execution OversightOversee execution of long-term CRM and enterprise platform implementation projectsEnsure projects follow structured delivery approaches and established methodologiesValidate planning, resource allocation, and execution consistency across projectsStakeholder ManagementAct as a key point of contact for client stakeholders in enterprise environmentsManage expectations, communication, and alignment across clients, partners, and internal teamsSupport decision-making through clear reporting and structured communicationRisk & Issue ManagementIdentify risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies early across the portfolioDrive mitigation actions and ensure timely resolutionEscalate critical issues when required and support recovery of challenged projectsDelivery AlignmentEnsure consistency with delivery standards, governance practices, and implementation frameworksCollaborate with Delivery Assurance and architecture teams to validate delivery approachesSupport alignment between delivery, sales, and partner teams when neededOperational ContributionDrive improvements in delivery practices based on portfolio insightsContribute to standardization and continuous improvement of project execution approachesRequired Experience7+ years of experience in project or program management within enterprise environmentsProven experience managing a portfolio of multiple concurrent enterprise projectsProven experience managing multiple long-term implementation projects simultaneouslyStrong background in CRM, SaaS, ERP, or similar enterprise platformsExperience working with enterprise clients (large-scale organizations)Hands-on experience managing full project lifecycle in enterprise implementation projectsProven experience delivering enterprise-level projects in Europe or MEA regions is a mustExperience working with distributed teams across multiple countries and time zonesExperience working with external partners and hybrid delivery modelsExperience working with complex enterprise stakeholders and cross-functional environmentsKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong project and portfolio management skillsAbility to manage complex, long-duration projects with multiple dependenciesStrong stakeholder management skills in enterprise environmentsRisk management and problem-solving capabilitiesStructured thinking and execution disciplineAbility to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environmentExcellent communication and reporting skillsPreferred BackgroundExperience with CRM platforms or low-code/no-code solutionsUnderstanding of enterprise architecture and system integrationsExperience in complex or regulated industriesWillingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and project needsPersonal ProfileHigh level of ownership and accountabilityStrong organizational and prioritization skillsPragmatic, structured, and results-oriented mindsetWhat to expect from us:Growth & Development: Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.Flexibility & Well-Being: We provide flexible work arrangements and initiatives that empower you to manage your schedule effectively, stay productive, and thrive both personally and professionally.Recognition & Impact: A culture that celebrates achievements, values your ideas, and empowers you to make real contributions from day one.Innovative Culture: Be part of a company that embraces new ideas, modern technologies, and bold thinking to stay ahead of the curve.Benefits & Rewards Package: We provide competitive compensation and benefits designed to support you and your family.
