This position is ideal for those who have a passion for the automotive industry and are dedicated to providing excellent service to Polish-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and repairs.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer service processes.
• Utilize customer feedback to suggest enhancements to products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to customers.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Passion for the automotive industry and willingness to learn about products and services.
